SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Japan.
DISSONANZ currently ships worldwide, except to Russia and Belarus.
Domestic Japanese orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days.
International orders are normally dispatched within 5 business days and delivery times vary according to destination and local customs procedures.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Customers must contact DISSONANZ within 14 days of receiving the order and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
Items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.
